This sports elective has been offered in different formats, including:

Personal Fitness – This year-long class combines strength training, speed & agility work, cardio endurance, nutrition, and character development. All exercises are designed to challenge students and help them reach their fitness goals

Baseball/Softball – This course covers fundamentals of the game.  Curriculum includes skills on the field and analysis of game scenarios and film.

Sports Theory This course covers the fundamentals of nationally and globally popular sports, including: basketball, football, baseball, and soccer.  Curriculum includes skills on the field/court and analysis of game scenarios.
