This sports elective has been offered in different formats, including:
Personal Fitness – This year-long class combines strength training, speed & agility work, cardio endurance, nutrition, and character development. All exercises are designed to challenge students and help them reach their fitness goals
Baseball/Softball – This course covers fundamentals of the game. Curriculum includes skills on the field and analysis of game scenarios and film.
Sports Theory – This course covers the fundamentals of nationally and globally popular sports, including: basketball, football, baseball, and soccer. Curriculum includes skills on the field/court and analysis of game scenarios.
